Jacquelyne Abe ’24 joined fellow local undergraduate students as well as senior 赌球在线 from industry, local universities and community colleges, and economic development groups at a roundtable sponsored by the 弗吉尼亚商业高等教育委员会 (VBHEC).

VBHEC sponsored a roundtable at Roanoke’s Fralin Biomedical Research Institute as part of the council’s Growth4VA campaign.

“Jacquelyne presented an authentic and enlightening student intern perspective to the group of economic and talent development professionals who wanted to learn more about the student experience. She has a lot to be proud of through her experiential learning journey here at Hollins,” said Jeffrey White, director of 职业与生活设计 at Hollins.

The Roanoke roundtable is part of the VBHEC’s Growth4VA campaign, which is supported by all 16 public colleges and universities in Virginia, the Virginia Community College System, and Virginia’s non-profit private institutions. 公共活动和圆桌会议正在全州范围内举行，以倡导加大对实习和人才通道的投资。
